All tax documents and communications will be delivered electronically via our client portal

3. Return Policy As we provide professional services rather than physical goods, we do not accept returns.

4. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel services before the completion of their tax return. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone at least 5 days prior to your scheduled service date.

Once a service has been canceled, no further actions will be taken on your behalf, and all related fees will be forfeited.
